Water was leaking in my living room from the upstairs bathroom and my home warranty company set me up with Brick Street Plumbing to find and repair the leak. The plumber came to my home several hours late but found what he assumed to be the leak. He unfortunately could not repair the leak that afternoon stating that I needed a pipe modification which is a service not covered by my home warranty insurance. He left and I called both my home warranty company and Brick Street to have it all sorted out. It took several days for Brick Street Plumbing to call me back and schedule my follow-up appointment. I called twice to schedule my appointment but the operator informed me there was nothing they could do on their end to book my service appointment until they received the proper close-out paperwork from my home warranty company. My home warranty company had already provided the necessary documents. Lots of unnecessary back and I could not use my bathroom to even shower during this time due to their incompetence with basic paperwork. I called everyday for a status update. Finally I was able to speak to someone who informed me that they would not be able to perform any services or even book my appointment unless I pay them the full fee of $850 for the pipe modification so I gave them my credit card information over the phone and they booked my appointment. The technician came to my home unprepared (missing tools) and had to make a trip to Home Depot to buy the necessary tools and another trip to meet his girlfriend who was kind enough to drop off his missing battery pack for his drill or saw. He was a really sweet young man and I could tell he was doing everything in his power to fix my issue. Unfortunately, I still have a leak in my living room. The leak is worse than before and ruined my new ceiling along with other pieces of furniture in my living room. Since my appointment, Brick Street Plumbing has called twice to collect payment when I’ve already provided my credit card information. I’ve called to provide my payment information again but they do not timely return my phone calls. It takes them about 2-3 days to call back. Currently, they are refusing to address the continued leak from the upstairs bathroom into my living room stating I need to first pay them for the first pipe modification. I will not pay for two pipe modifications when the first attempt to repair the leak was never resolved. Bottom line: I would not hire this company again. They are extremely disorganized and they do not seem to care at all about the inconvenience to their customers caused by their slow response time. I couldn’t use my bathroom for over a week waiting on them to book the appointment. They don’t care that my pipe is still leaking and that they never repaired this issue they were initially hired to do.

It took 2.5 weeks to come out to tell me we needed a new water heater. We told them that on the phone after seeing water pouring out the bottom. Then took a few more weeks to get a water heater to install. The installer was upset I did not have a ladder for him to use, broke pipe during installation and flooded my living room, didn't clean up his installation mess, didn't clean up the water from the broken pipe, was rude, and not professional. I have left 7 messages for Shiloh, the Office Manager to call me and American Home Shield left one message. No return call. They fix the drywall they broke into (they didn't even cut it) to get to the broken water line. DO NOT USE THIS GROUP!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Spoke with Tim in the morning and explained my drain clog problem. I had a different plumber out 2 days prior who diagnosed the issue but didn't have the tools to fix the issue. I explained to Tim what actions had been taken. He had the opportunity at that time to tell me my home warranty wouldn't cover anything more than what my original plumber already did. However he sent an employee out who was capable of only repeating the same service I already had done and then told me it would be $450-$650 to do the needed work. (Which was lifting a toilet, clearing the clog with and auger and then resetting the toilet...a ridiculous price for such a service!) Had he told me this over the phone I still might have agreed, despite it being overpriced. Instead he was sneaky and deceitful and I feel stole my $100 to duplicate an effort already performed. I was assigned this company by my home warranty company, American Home Shield. Rethinking that warranty now because I feel this is all fraud since I had to pay $100 for them to do nothing. Clearly they don't care since the vast majority of the reviews are 1 star.
