  You all put in a false claim with AHS stating that you visited our property to resolve the issue to which you have not. You all took my money but failed to provide a service. This is beyond unprofessional and I plan to report your company. You also stated that you scheduled an appointment on last Sunday December 5th, 2021 with no timeframe to which your business is closed on weekends. I have been calling, but continue to receive a busy tone. This has been going on for two weeks and have yet to here from your company. I would give your company a 0 if I could.

  Let start with: it's really interesting that whoever this is wants to stay incognito. (Robin F) Anyway we don't have any clients named Robin F that we have taken money from and not serviced them.

  I have never in my life took the time to leave a review on a company. Usually, as long as the company gets the job done, it's all good. Im not petty and unreasonable. But this company really dropped the ball. I purchased a water heater from home depot. I called them to install and they referred me to this company as a provider and the only one who works in our area. I called last Sunday, left a message. I then called many times throughout the week. I left voicemail messages, text messages etc. I got through to someone 3x. Twice, a lovely lady in the office spoke to me and once i received a message via text. The first time with the office lady, she asked for photos of my old unit. She was supposed to get back to me within the hour with a quote. A day and a half passed by. I called again and asked what the status was she said "oh only one guy at our office does the home depot calls. He's on lunch but he'll call you back when he returns. I will put your ticket on his desk." Mind you I had told the company multiple times that my unit was already leaking a bit and that I don't want to tempt fate. This was Thursday. I heard nothing Friday. I received a text at some point saying someone in the office will get back to me. Needless to say the guy on lunch must have went overseas for his lunch because I still haven't gotten a call back. It is Saturday now. The unit split and decent amount of water flooded my floors (75 gallon heater). If you don't want to do home depot customers, then take your name off of the provider list! There are other companies that would be happy to get on the list. I couldn't even get a quote after 6 days!! Stay away from this company!! Unprofessional, unorganized, and close to being negligent.

  We had a small bathroom with an old shower stall, and were looking for an upgrade. I got estimates from a few contractors, including the big box guys. Tim from Brick Street had the best ideas, got back in a few days with virtual views on a laptop, and had a good (but not the lowest) price. We agreed to timeline and materials, and everything went smoothly - on time, good craftsmanship, and cleaned up afterward, every day. The final result looks great, and is much appreciated. We will definitely call Brick Street next time we want an estimate, and they will start at the front of the line.
