Everyone I spoke with through their customer service line was professional and helpful. They asked for pictures prior to servicing so they could make sure their technicians arrived with the correct supplies for the job (toilet replacement). The technician (Bob) explained things well and gave me the price to the penny before starting the job. They were quick, clean and a pleasure to deal with. Will use again!

Very responsive and courteous. Called a little after 8 am and the issue was resolved by 10:30. Nothing was done until I understood the price and scope of work. The plumbers treated my house as their own. Hands down a great staff, from the office to the techs. Billing was super easy and very understandable. Will continue to use them again and again.

We had a significant back up in the floor drain in the laundry room. Tyson and Billie were knowledgeable, capable, professional, and great communicators. They explained everything and gave us a good estimate with instructions for our next steps. They are coming back with a camera to give a better diagnosis. It has been a very stressful, expensive experience and the people at Brian Wear have significantly eased the burden by providing prompt, quality service. They feel like people we can trust.
