We had gotten other larger companies to come out to look at our sewer pipes backing up, and they pushed a lot of work and large estimates. Brian came out to look at our sewer issue and gave better/different prices ranges to pick that suited our budget and needs. We had 10 people coming to our house for Thanksgiving, so stress was an understatement. His team worked diligently and kept us in the loop. We’re so thankful we found them to work on our house.

Our first interaction with Brian Scroggins Plumbing was with Jessica, she was very professional and courteous. Both Brian and Jessica were very upfront about pricing and Brian was right on time. He was able to change our water heater the same day which was greatly appreciated! What my husband and I most appreciated about working with Brian was the time he took to educate us on the different water heater systems, why he was recommending what he was recommending and ways to extend the life of our new appliance. I believe they truly care about their customers. Thank you, Jessica and Brian!

Poor quality! We hired them to come in and do all the plumbing from start to finish. They charged $12,000 and requested a $10,000 upfront deposit. They work 10 hours on the job and have not returned. They jackhammer the floor in then informed me the contractor that it was my responsibility to do the concrete where their pipes are. I have never heard of a plumber that will not do his own finish concrete work after jackhammering. He also left a mess for me to Cleanup. I am not happy with him and I will never ever recommend them to anyone. I am not a housemaid. And I do not like cleaning up after someone else.
Response from the owner
Trevor, Our contract was with the homeowner, so all details were set by them. While writing out our contract, the homeowner decided to decline the pouring of cement for the pipes we put in. We are sorry that the homeowner didn't inform you that he declined the service in the contract, and hope you understand why we didn't pour the cement ourselves. As for the cost, it is our policy to secure half of the contract fee upfront for large jobs, we do not know where you got your numbers from but we came no where close to requiring 80% of the cost upfront. We understand that communication wasn't great between us as we were not working directly with each other, but just because you were not on site to see us working, doesn't mean we were there for only 10 hours. Our technicians was there working late hours through the entire week to finish the job. As you know the job was finished according to the Indiana State Plumbing Code and inspected by the City of Jeffersonville, and if plumbing a whole home could be done in 10 hours then we have done an amazing job. We do regret the poor clean up and we do have a policy to always clean up after our jobs. We have spoken to our technician about it and have brought this to our team to make sure that this doesn't happen again. Thank you for bringing that to our attention. We have fulfilled our contract and have completed all work that we were contracted to do, so we do not understand where the issue is coming from other then the mess that was left. Which once again we take ownership of that mistake and apologies for it.
