  Very unprofessional and rude. I should have known when they didnt have fb reviews but I thought I would give them a try because of the reviews on here. WRONG! They probably had family and friends make the decent reviews because the only part of my experience with them that wasnt bad was dealing with their technician, and he said he was new to the company. They told me they had a used washer just like mine and if the first thing they fixed didnt work they could fix it with used parts for cheaper... And she said if not they would offer me $$$ for it. Well when we found out the first part didnt fix it completely she said that they couldnt give me the amount we agreed upon because they had to buy new parts to fix it and sell it. They got me but hopefully after reading this, they wont get you! They gave me $40 for a stack washer and dryer that the dryer worked fine on. Just don't use these people!
