Dale is always there when we need him and even goes as far as contacting us when its time to pump our system again, before a problem can occur.   We get a porta-potty every year for the Ice Fishing Extravaganza because our cabin isn't winterized. The porta-potty is always clean and smells fresh. I just make sure he can get in the driveway the week leading up to the event and he picks it up after we've gone home. Highly recommended!
