  Our septic system failed this weekend!!! We can't use any water, we are an hour and a half out of Cody. I called Tyler Monday morning and he said they are swamped and maybe could get here Friday. I called 6 other plumbers, same story. Tuesday afternoon Tyler calls and he has re-arranged some schedules and they will come up first thing Wednesday morning. Hallelujah!!! Dom and Joe showed up promptly at 9 and were done by 10. Very nice, courteous, thorough, cleaned up, showed us what the problem was (we have a big problem) but got us up and running for the rest of the winter until Spring. I can't thank all of them enough!!! I give them 1000 stars!!!

  They were able to come out same day and install my whole house water filter. Extremely polite "Yes ma'am, No ma'am" gentlemen. I had no references to them except they had 5 star rating on Google with 10 reviews. I lucked out! Would for sure use again.

  They were recommended by my regular plumber who was swamped at the present. I called this morning after they opened. They made room in their schedule and they are now finished and gone leaving behind no mess. They removed and replaced the water heater (that had apparently been leaking) that was putting water out onto the floor. Tyler & Kyle are professional, thoughtful and know what they are doing. Thank you so much for working us in and doing such a thorough job. I highly recommend Bragg for all your plumbing needs.
