  Josh provided excellent customer service! We had our water heater start leaking on a Friday night and didn’t know what to do. We had called other places claiming to be 24 hr service and got nowhere. We called Bradley plumbing and they answered right away and walked us through how to turn off the heater and the water to the heater. We were able to send pictures to ensure it was all done correctly. They were amazing and saved us from making any mistakes.

  Highly recommend. Very honest and trustworthy. They broke up our basement shower flower and cut out cast iron, replaced with PVC so we can move forward with our bathroom remodel. Plus updated our sink and shower plumbing, all for a reasonable price and all within a quick timeframe. Couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you!

  If you are reading reviews and wondering if you should hire Josh from Bradley Plumbing I strongly encourage you to think before you hire. I have NEVER encountered a more unprofessional tradesman in my life. He messed up by improperly placing the shower valve and constantly blamed the other trades. Josh holds zero accountability for his poor workmanship. He was rude and consistently used condescending tone with me. When I calmly and directly asked him to not speak to me in that manner- he threw a tantrum and left. Wow! I seriously caution anyone who hires Josh. There are definite anger issues that send this man into a troubled state of affairs.
