  The original founder/owner of Bradley Plumbing , who passed away years ago , would have never run this business this way . He had a great reputation and his daughter gave permission for this company to continue running under his name by one of the employees he had . Unfortunately, I see it’s not the same business at all . Last week it was set for the guy to come out and fix my plumbing problem. I took off the whole day , waiting . No response after multiple texts to him to just give me some sort of time frame . My step dad even called and no answer . I thought I would give it a few days to see if maybe he may have been sick , etc . Still no response . Call this company for all of your repair needs only if you have nothing to do but sit and wait and wait and wait , only to never be contacted and never have the work done . Lavaughn Bradley would be so disappointed in how his original company is now being run . 🤬

  Two trips for the same problem. They couldn’t find the clean out and changed us $800 . He tried charging my wife for an extra hour, but she called him on his lie. I was away on a military trip, but when I returned home I found the problem and fixed it in 2 hours for $50 from Lowe’s. Don’t call them, they will rip you off!

  Beware! Very poor communication from their end, and a very rude owner. I hired them for a septic to sewer conversion, but at tail end of the job a large truck was driven over my front yard leaving very large ruts. The owner thought it would be a good idea to fill them in with bright white sand. When I let him know that I was unhappy with the way it looked, he said "so what". When I explained to him that it was going to take a whole days work to remove the sand stripes from my yard and all I want is for him to send one of his guys back over to help us remove the sand he said "well that is not going to happen" and then "pay me by monday or I will put a lien on your house". Best part is...I never said I wasnt going to pay him.
