  If I could I would leave a constellation of stars. I left a message the night before after being recommended this company by a local plumbing company, ( keystone plumbing). I then called first thing the next morning to ensure my message was received and I was pleasantly greeted by a person asking me is this John (?) before I introduced myself, WOW was I impressed considering customer service in this day and age. I was then told the next available day they could come out would be in four days. I understood that as it's a busy time, but they would let me know if an availability opened up. Within two hours I got a call back that they could come out same day. This company saved me stress Worry and potentially my life as my wife was probably going to kill me for procrastinating. Thank you to everyone at Bradford Septic.

  Best people ever! Came and pumped our tank, and even though we ran into a few issues they still did everything they could and gave us great options to fix everything cost effectively! I will forever and always use and recommend them! 10/10 best company I’ve ever dealt with! Thank y’all so much!!
