  We had to call them out for a shower faucet install and he took over 3 hours. We asked how much we would be looking at if we had them install a new vanity top and faucet and was told $180. He left and brought back a second plumber and we were billed for two plumbers for 8 hours total ( even though they were here for approximately 4 - which seemed excessive) costing over $700. Not pleased with billing or quality of vanity installation that was very sloppy caulking on the sink and wall and drain pull wasn’t working. Called and spoke to Brad and was told he would look into it and send some sort of refund but we never received anything.

  I called and asked a "quote" for scoping the sewer line, bc my sewer line will get backed every so often, I was told $110 for the use of the camera plus $55 an hour for the time spent by the employee/person using it, he said usually under 1 hr, so if you add it up that's $165 plus tax? So I scheduled for Wednesday he said first thing in the morning and showed up till 4.30pm by that time we were not available in all fairness, so I called again to reschedule and I was told Friday at 2.30 pm they arrived after 3.30pm they spent around 45 minutes all said and done and charged us $250.00 as follows. $40 service charge?, $110 labor($55 hr per person because it was 2 of them), $9.99 for latex gloves and paper towels, and $110 for the camera/scope. They added it up to $260 I know the math is all wrong, but I guess we received a 10/20 dollar discount? After noting the discrepancies on the bill I called in to get the proper adjustment bc that's not what I was told over the phone when I first called in for a quote and they said I was supposed to get a call back from a "brad" to discuss that and I waited and didn't get that call back. Soooooooooo I guess I'm a one time customer for them, BEWARE and check your bill properly before paying. I'm very dissatisfied and was felt taken advantage off.

  Great service, one should have no complaints. Highly recommend, one of the best plumbers in the area!
