  I have a leaking outdoor faucet, and this business was a recommendation from my neighbor who knows the owner. I spoke with someone named Bo(?) who told me he would put me on his schedule and would contact me with details. When I hadn’t heard from anyone in two days, I called again. The receptionist told me she wasn’t at her desk, but that she had my contact info and would call me when she got back. She didn’t. I gave it a week and called again today. A different lady answered and said she’d give my name and number to the receptionist so she could call me back. Once again, no call back. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

  This company is excellent. I've used them twice now and have been impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and work quality. You can trust them to do the job and not scam you. My first time using them was through my insurance company but I was so impressed that I called them for another plumbing job on my own. Use them, you will not be disappointed.

  They were able to come a lot sooner than the other plumbers I called and did a good job. The price was very reasonable and a lot less than I expected. Highly recommend and would use again.
