  Amazing service! We woke up to no water. Bracker Pump and Well Service was out to our home within an hour and were able to give a detailed explanation of the issue and how they were going to fix it. They fixed it in a timely manner. Ben and his crew did an excellent job. I highly recommend that you give them a call for all your well needs.

  I had no water, as the well pump died. Started off nice and helpful, then became rude and hung up on me when I inquired regarding about possibly scheduling an appointment and he heard I had been in contact with another well service company as I was trying to get someone scheduled out at my home. As soon as he heard that he became very abrupt and told me, "just go with them, then." And hung up on me. No service contract could be put in place as they refused to even continue the call to set up an appointment. I am leaving a review based on my experience with this company. It shouldn't be limited to only experience under a contract. Others should know how rude this company can be. I wasn't trying to play one company off another, but attempting to provide me some options in an emergency situation. I'm sure his service is good, based on what I read in other reviews, a shame they didn't allow me an opportunity to find out for myself.

  We as he stated couldn't do the work. He called at approx. 7:30am so I helped him diagnose that his pump most likely needed replacement. He wanted us to come Right away. So I told him earliest we could come was 1pm, he told me that he had called others and wanted to keep his options open. Unfortunately, then we could not do the job due to time constraints. We would have needed to move 3 other jobs appointments around to do his job that day. Unless we knew right away It was not acceptable for us to arrange this when weighing in our current customers needs. I had given him a free 20 min.... But we had to decline to do the service do to his constraints. Unfortunately I did not refur him to another company as he had already choosen some. And he did find out how good we are, he and I found the likely problem with his help on the phone, a job worth $thousands needed to be done, but it would take about 5 hours, I offered a time of 1pm, but he refused, I couldn't move our clients around on his whim. Under those circumstances we couldn't be of further service to him. As we all know phones die at the least opportune time...I could have called him back but as it appears leaving it alone is the best thing I could have done for him, as the company that did his job is the one I would have recommended.

  We found ourselves suddenly without water and called Bracker Pump and Well Service. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem which ended up being a leak outside in the pipe leading from the well. They were able to replace the pipe, pump, and tank as well as diagnose an additional electrical issue we had. We will use Bracker Pump and Well Service for any future well issues.
