  I had a leak in a copper water pipe hidden behind a dry wall ceiling. Upon calling Melissa answered and said Tom could come first thing the next morning. Tom found and fixed the problem within 2 hours and educated me at the same time. He was excellent!! I would highly recommend their services.

  They answered the phone immediately which seems rare these days. I was put on the schedule within two weeks. When the tech that arrived he told me they don't install kitchen hood fans. This was what he was schedule to handle. Back to square one. Hopefully in the future when I have a furnace issue they can redeem this.

  We have worked with Boyne Country for years with our home and my daycare business. We have had Boyne County install a heater in the daycare end of our home , run gas lines, and clean our boiler in our home. When we had issues with our heating systems they were right out that day fixing it with excellent customer service. They are definitely a top notch company with great rates. We will forever be customers with them as they have been nothing but great with all our heating and cooling needs.
