  We had a sump pump installed in our basement. The installation was fine however failed when we had the first hard rain. The pump was installed in the wrong area of the basement so the water does not run down to the pump. We called and was told on 2 different occasions that they’d be there to correct the issue. It seems that there’s a slight upward slope in the floor that prevents the water from reaching the pump. We were not aware of this issue when the agreement for the pump was made and then installed. We were told that the pump was installed where it needed to be in order for the water to drain down to it and then be pumped out so the basement would remain dry. Needless to say the issue has never been corrected and we paid a couple thousand dollars for a useless pump. We no longer even get return calls. We still have a very wet basement that can’t be utilized. I DO NOT recommend this business.

  Called to get our septic tank pumped. First thing he asked was if we used paper. Yes we do. He never returned my calls nor my wifes.
