  I reached out to Bowen's Septic a couple of months ago because my septic leach field had started to fail. Within that week, they had sent someone over to do an inspection, got me a quote for the replacement, and started getting all the paperwork started. They handled the process from start to finish, including all necessary paperwork for the county environmental department. When the day finally came to have a new leach field put in, the workers showed up on time and went to work straight away. They completed the job that day, with no interruption to my house. The quality of work was excellent, the customer service was top notch, and I feel confident that my system was repaired appropriately. I will be using Bowen's for any and all of my septic system needs. Highly recommend.

  I called Bowen for the first time back in 2019 after we bought our house and our septic kept overflowing in the yard. They were the most affordable quote, professional, friendly, and the quality of service is unmatched! I just had to call them again because our septic backed up into the house last night. Once again, Bowen came through for us. They sent a truck out, opened up the tank and investigated to find the issue. Turns out we needed to have the tank pumped, a filter replaced and the mainline hydro jet in order to clear it. They did mention back in 2019 we would be due for that service in a few years. Again, the cost for those services is still way less than what I’ve heard other companies charge. All of the technicians and staff I’ve dealt with at Bowen have been nothing but professional and friendly. We do not trust our septic to anyone else. Knowing that going forward we should only have to have regular maintenance going forward, I can enjoy the rest of my weekend after having my issue taken care of. Thank you Bowen!

  Daniel was amazing from start to finish. I hired Bowen to pump my septic tank which was more intense than i imagined. We discovered the opening was under my walk way. He walked me through the process from start to finish and made sure i understood the possible issues that could occur. He was literally at my home majority of the day and he was extremely pleasant. I wish i would have been a better host and offered him some thing to drink for all the hard work. I will definitely be using them for all my septic needs. Thanks again Daniel!
