I have been using Bouwens for 7 years (since I bought my house) and will never go elsewhere. They get me on the schedule right away-sometimes the same day-even for nonemergencies. are always quick and efficient. They are reasonably priced and have great customer service.

Customer service leaves a great deal to be desired. I have been trying for two and a half weeks just to get someone to return my call to arrange for some work. After repeated calls with no success I moved on.

They charged the Seller of our new home for work they did not do. They either hired someone who is dishonest or they encourage their employees to cut corners. Either way, it's not optimal.  I was shocked to see such dishonesty in Lincoln, Nebraska where people are typically kind, courteous, and professional.

Great team here, always give it straight and has been family owned for a long time. Love these guys!
