  We had a pleasure working with Bottis Plumbing and Heating. We met the owner, Jim, stopped by at our home and brainstorm with our GC (Steve Ricciardi) Then, Jim provide direction and guidance to his team, Ryan and Alex. Ryan and Alex installed and reroute all new water and waste piping in a day! They also fixed all the old leaky piping and replaced with new. Super happy with their work. I highly recommend them to anyone, Owner or GC. Bottis was super responsive and professional. They completed their scope of work on schedule and on budget!

  I'm convinced that Bottis Plumbing and Heating of Rutland is the best plumber in the Worcester County area. I have used Jim and his company twice now for plumbing projects and both times they were efficient, fast and affordable. They installed a half bath in my basement, installing a toilet and vanity sink. The next project however was what I'm most impressed with and that is the replacement of a water heater within 2 hours of calling them with the problem. I woke up one day to a basement full of a water from my water heater essentially malfunctioning. I called Jim and within a half hour his team was there to identify the issue, within 2 hours of the initial call they had completely replaced the water heater with a new unit. They are clean and friendly to deal with. Can't say enough about Bottis Plumbing & Heating!

  Bottis Plumbing and LEAKS This Guy Really Screwed Us Over. If You Hire This Guy You Better Get A Pair Of Rubber Boots And A Good Pump For All The Leaks , And Now We Have A Bad Mold Problem From The Leaks , This Guy Really Sucks
