  Boss Plumbing is the best! I am a Real Estate Agent and I needed a plumber to look at a few issues that our inspector found. Boss Plumbing sent out Byron who did an incredible job! Byron found a few major issues that our inspector missed. Byron explained everything so that we could understand the issue and then provided an estimate to repair the issues. Byron and everyone at Boss Plumbing were responsive, professional and nice. I would not use any other plumber. I would encourage my friends and family to use them. I have been looking for a trustworthy, quality plumber for 13 years and I have finally found one.

  I called to schedule a plumber for a leak under my house. I was told over the phone that there would be a $120.00 cost to have the plumber go under my house and inspect. I agreed and scheduled. The plumber was to arrive between 10-12. The plumber actually arrived at 3:30 p.m. (they did call to say he'd be late). But upon arrival when I walked him to the opening to the crawl space he then told me it was $250.00 for him to go under the house. I asked him to call the office as I was quoted $120.00. He got off the phone and said it was $250.00. I told him I'd get someone else. I don't appreciate the attempted shakedown, and this is no way to do business.

  Hello. I actually took your call when you called the office. I did give you the $120 dispatch charge (which is our standard charge). I also said that the technician may need to charge more depending on crawl space conditions to examine the leak and quantify its repair. This diagnosis applies towards the repair. The initial $120 fee does not always cover the amount of work needed to properly estimate repairs needed. I am sorry if I was not clear when you called. We have been in business for over 30 years and we don't do "shakedowns" or bait in switch. We provide an honest service based on our costs of operation. I will reach out to you and see if we can somehow make this a better ending.
