  I would defiantly use this company again and highly recommend them .After calling another company who did not show up , I called Borum . Chris came same day ,on time and was very nice to work with. Repaired our heating unit and because it was a small job did not charge for it . Thanks

  They really do work hard to make you happy with their work. We did have a few issues with how they installed the mini split system, meaning they went through a block wall instead of going through the wood facia of the adjoining room as we wanted, something that will be a problem for us down the road. They bent the line set that caused one of the units to not work properly. They did come back quickly and addressed the issue and both units now work as they should. Overall a good company to work with.

  Everyone loves a company when they do a great job. But what if they cannot? I needed a plumbing repair. Gary Keener was sent to my house within two hours. Sadly, Borum was unable to make the repair since they didn’t have the rarely used piece of equipment in their inventory. The tech was polite, professional, and did everything he could despite not having the tool he needed. And then didn’t charge me for trying. He recommended several of his competitors whom he knew could make the repair. And if this wasn’t enough, the main office called back the next morning to make sure I was going to get the help I needed. We live in a world where service is a lost art. Not at Borum’s.
