  $225 to unthaw frozen pipes. Did not inform me it was going to cost anywhere near that much when the service was provided. We are a multiple repetitive costumers and this is not the first time this had happened. The first time they agreed and changed to the agreed price, this time they say that is the price. Unprofessional and disappointing. Will not be using them again. Need to be more informative about what services are going to cost before providing them.

  Not happy about $225 for unthawing a pipe. I understand it was cold out and he came out, removed skirting and placed a heater to unthaw. Labor cost $225? Just seems high for that simple of a thing.. also wasn’t informed about after hours-weekend pricing. Just wish there was more communication..

  Used them twice and both times they were on time and did a fine job. Also very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
