This company is wonderful!  We're have been using them for years. Once when they couldn't come, they got another company too come. Another time, there was no charge because he just explained what we needed to do. You can't go wrong with this company.

What a great company!  I bought a Kohler toilet from them 2 years ago and they installed it.  I had a problem with it recently (it wouldn't stop running) and called them to come service it.  When they came and fixed it, after they were done I asked them for the bill so that I could write them a check.  Mr. Bootz said that all he had to do was to make an adjustment on it so there was no charge! Wow - impressive for sure!

I can't say enough good things about this company! Kim in the office is fantastic about keeping up with my project. Wyatt is amazing as well. He's efficient and goes above and beyond to ensure quality service, including fixing the mistake the cabinet installers made. I would highly recommend Bootz for anyone's plumbing needs and will be using them from now on. Well done, Bootz!!

Bootz replaced both of our toilets, arranged through Lowe's.  Wyatt did a great job on the installation: the toilets are level and solidly seated (which their predecessors were not!), he came on time, was quick and efficient even while patiently answering all my amateur questions.  But what really demonstrated Bootz' commitment to customer care was that when a leak developed after the install, they came straight away to fix it.  Even when it became clear the leak had nothing to do with the install, Wyatt kept working diligently and methodically to determine the source, and when he figured it out, fixed that too.  Further, Wyatt went the extra mile to make sure any damage to the unit below us was remediated, which helped smoothe over a very embarrassing situation.  I can't imagine Bootz made any profit on that install; nevertheless we are very grateful for Wyatt's dedication and skill and insisted on Bootz when we replaced the second toilet.  We would not hesitate to use Bootz for any plumbing work, and give them our highest recommendation.

I purchased a toilet from Lowes with delivery and installation. Kim in the office was great in scheduling, communicating the installation and follow up. The plumber arrived on time, was very courteous and did a very professional job with the installation.

Had a leaky water heater  called friday night  and they they said it would Saturday afternoon. Come  830 pm the office called and Said He was stuck on another job and would be out on Sunday. Finally showed up at  230 pm and spent  maybe  10  minutes to say he would be back tomorrow with a new water heater and the office would call to say morning or afternoon . By 930 am and no call   I called  them.  They didn't know what I was talking about. Nothing was scheduled for me toady she would call me back. NEVER heard from office. Called another plumber. Won't be calling them again. Office person was too busy to care. Lost our business.

Previously had a good experience with this company. Last experience with office staff extremely unsatisfactory. Office staff said that they needed a 4 hour window from  11 to 3 on 1/14/2020 and they would call me with 30 minute notice. Waited by my phone all day and never received a call. Also they did not return the 3 calls I made to them at 2, 3 and 5pm. Will not be using them again.

A person in a truck with a trailer for Bootz Plumbing was very aggressively driving on I-75, including tailgating and driving significantly over the speed limit.  Not a good look for their company - I would be concerned about the safety of this company.

Not good customer service. I have been put off three times when they were suppose to show up. Twice not even a phone call to let me know they were not coming. This has been going on for a month.  Will be letting Lowe's know about their lack of service.

Had them replace our kitchen sink, garbage disposal, faucet and installed an instant hot water tap. Wyatt did an amazing job. Thanks guys!!
