  I am at my wits end. I do not know how else to get this businesses attention besides posting this mess public. I have been without gas for a month. FOR A WHOLE MONTH. So I can't cook, I can't heat my home. Some work was done in my unit. The work was done fast. However, it is not finished. The place was left a mess and everything taped up and no one has showed up to do anything else in over 2 weeks. I was told there had to be an inspection. Who is supposed to do the inspection? When they are supposed to come? I have no idea what is going on. I am getting the run around. It's freezing in the house. It's ridiculous. Get it together over there. I am not sure who else I can complaint to, because that is not the way to do business. The job has been paid for. So they disappeared and now I am stuck with a mess and no gas. The gas line and electric lines are under this plastic taped up and the tape is already coming off the walls. I have pets and kids. God forbid someone accidently gets hurt. Who will be responsible for that? I will make sure to post this anywhere and everywhere. This company shouldn't be in business if this is how they treat their customers.

  Hello Olga, we 100% understand your frustration and are sorry to hear your gas has not been turned on. Please know we did everything in our scope of work as directed by your property management. Our company is only able to communicate with your property management and not directly with you as the tenant. Please know we have been in communication with them and clearly provided notification on 02/18/2022 for them to contact PG&E to turn your gas back on, as everything passed permit inspection. We are unable to communicate with PG&E directly as these types of requests need to come from the property management company. We would advise you to follow-up with the manager of your property as soon as possible, as they are responsible for getting this fixed. Please coordinate with them directly.

  This was our first time using Bonnie, but we came to them through Boyd plumbing which Bonnie recently acquired, so we already knew a good chunk of their plumbing team. As with Boyd these guys are fabulous! They were very responsive and immediately got someone out to help us with our kitchen sink backing up. The guys, Pedro and Blake were wonderful, polite, knowledgeable, informative about our odd house, and did a clean and quick job for us. We’ve already signed up for their VIP service, and are happy to use them again in the future should we need for anything. Wishing them all a happy new year!

  Thank you Bonney Heating and Air!!! Plumbers were very professional and knowledgeable! Very reasonably priced! I will definitely use the again if needed! Called another company originally they wanted to charge me an extreme amount and they never called me back after coming out to give me an estimate, they knew I had no water running in the showers or toilets. Bonney came out and took very good care of me and my family the plumbers were very concerned about the situation we were in. I appreciate all you guys did!!!!
