If you're having a hard time finding that special faucet part or shower trim part come to the store. The owner is so helpful and so knowledgeable it'll blow you away. Being a contractor for 25 years I've always used this store and if he doesn't have it he can order it.

This place is absolutely amazing. After hours of looking in the big box stores, I went here looking for a specific valve seat for my old showers. The lady that helped me took one look at a small, corroded piece that had been sitting in the pipe for 60 years and said, "Oh, American Standard, we have some of these." She snagged some out of the back and 5 minutes later I was on my way to fixing my water leak issues. My experience was quick and painless. My only regret is that I didn't give them the business I gave the big box stores in the past. Would absolutely recommend.

I was desperately looking for a tub drain replacement that would fit into our 1940’s tub. No online supply or big box store had what we needed. Multiple plumbing places where I live told me they’d never seen anything like our our old drain, and the only thing they can do is replace all the plumbing for the tub. I found this store online, called, described our problem and texted some pictures, and they were extremely helpful and shipped the bushing and drain that fit our tub. Problem solved for $32. Would shop here all the time if I lived in AZ.

Twice I had little problems with busted bits in my faucet(s), and both times they had inexpensive replacements (when the big box stores didn't even know those parts existed). Moreover, all the other independent plumbing shops I visited around town (3 of them) mentioned Bonnets & Stems when they got stumped.

The best in Tucson. Hands down. (Next time, I won't make the mistake of not going to them first.)
