  Bonnavilla is the best modular home builder I have ever worked with. The craftsmanship, and quality of materials in these homes far exceed other manufactures. Service has been great and the office staff and management are second to none. BonnaVilla is truly a step above the competition.

  We purchased a home from a local dealer that was where his worked stopped. The factory sent out a incompetent repair man that never had enough material to finish the work he came to do. Had issues with all the cabinet drawers and doors. After 3 trips they finally had another guy come fix them correctly. The bathroom had issues with the garden tub and the grout in the shower tile was never sealed so it leaked and caused the Sheetrock to become damaged. When we called to find out why we never had a follow up on the shower repair they had no record of it. If you just want a shelter buy a home built by this company. If you want a high quality home have it built.
