Made a first time appointment with these guys and they completely no showed. They previously gave me a 5 hour window and I waited for them after prepping the area to be pumped.and waited...and waited.... While confirming the next business day, they replied "oh we were closed that day". The voicemail ,on their phone service, made no mention of being closed that day and no email or other notices were sent. I imagine these guys just don't care. I would not book with these guys ever, terrible service and disorganized.

We had them come out and empty our septic tank a couple of months ago and they broke both of our lids. My husband wasn’t to upset as we had decided to order the risers so we wouldn’t have to pay for the digging next time. We were told they would take a couple of weeks to come in and when we didn’t hear anything my husband called. He was told they were delayed because they came from Texas. We have since left multiple messages and no one has called us back. We now have two broken lids and the hole is still not filled in. We will be going somewhere else because they have no customer service and obviously don’t care about our business. I would NOT recommend using this company.

Bonanza arrived early and the technicians did a great job. Very professional and nice guys. Our only issue was when we called and ask about price prior to making the appointment, we were told approximately 350 to maybe a little more Our house is only 3.5 years old so we were planning this as a preventative maintenance. When we were presented with the bill, it was closer to 500. Just a surprise from what was estimated on the phone We know this company did the inspection when we were buying the property which was verified on the phone when we made the appointment. Brand new septic tank at the time. So the question was how come such a difference in the estimate. The technician said it was extra to locate the tank and then dig the dirt out to remove the covers. Well this should be told when asking for an estimate over the phone. Since they had been there 3.5 years ago, they should have had records of 0location of the tank, etc. Of course paying it is not the issue but felt it was misleading when the appointment was made. Perhaps next time we will do more phone calls to compare. Also this company does not give military discounts like many do which is their business but so many people do now.

Hello, I am sorry. We dont have any pricing of 350. We have specific pump fees, free electronic location for 30 minutes with a clean out pipe and our dig rates are billed in 15 minute increments. Digital records for previous jobs only stretch back so far and unfortunately, digging is hard to predict. We quote our rates on every call for each item as part of our call sheet which is collected during the call. Each call sheet has to be completed before ending the call which by design forces the representative to talk about each category.. There is a lot of information given during these calls. I am really sorry for any confusion. At the end lf the day Bonanza is the most affordable and provides the highest level of service in Northern Nevada. I am happy our guys did a great job for you. We expect the best from our staff on each and every job. We have great people on staff and we are happy to be able to provide the work to support all of.our families thanks to great reoccuring customers like you Kathy !
