I would not use this company. As a home buyer, the inspector noticed some issues it the boiler flooded and dripping water on the floor and safety values were visibly corroded and not working. Boivin was hired company to complete the maintenance before we moved in and they personally called me to tell the boiler was cleaned and working great now. Then when I moved in 3 days later it was clear that none of the work had been done, water was still leaking on the floor, and they had not left a maintenance tag, which is a state regulation! We happened to have another plumber by the house for an unrelated issue and he fixed the problem for us and it was all relatively cheap repairs, about $200. No idea why Boivin didn't repair the issues they were hired to resolve, they say they thought it was just a "cleaning"' but that means that the home inspector and the other plumber knew more about the system than the hired "expert" at Boivin's and they have no explanation for failing to leave the state regulated maintenance tag. Attached is a photo of the wet floor 3 days after they "repaired" the boiler.

I'm very sorry Candice for your bad experience. Had I been informed of this instead of reading it in a review I certainly would have taken care of it. I have been in busness for 33 years and in the industry all my life so I would call myself somewhat of an expert.

First I set up an appointment to have my furnace clean. Took time off from work and they went to the wrong. Sent them my address and phone number in an email. A month later they had to come back out and replace a part. 4 months later that part is not working. Now my furnace wont turn on. Called the emergency line because it was a Friday night. Told they don't have an emergency because they are understaffed. Avoid this company at all cost!

I think its very sad when people do not get both sides of the story. When John called and made his appointment we assumed it was the John Hachey we've had for a customer for 30 years. Who would have suspected it was another John Hachey. Our tech went to that address instead of the new one. When we discovered there were two John Hacheys this one laughed at it to. As far as the on call we did stop that for a short time as I am only one person. I've been in business for 33 years and to say avoid this company at all cost I feel is a little extreme.

Had a new hot water heater, bathroom vanity, new tub drain and drain for washer intalled today. The guys did a fantastic job, were professional, hard working, and cleaned up all of the mess!! Not to mention it was hot as hell today!! Job well done thanks!!
