  We used Boisvert Services a number of times for a variety of issues: they replaced our well pressure tank, inspected & corrected our central a/c problem. Another time we didn't have hot water and another time under our kitchen sink was leaking....all fixed!! We couldn't be more pleased with all the service we received.

  After agreeing to the quote provided of $3,500 to repair a line underground, I was notified that they would be tearing my walkway apart but not putting it back together. When I asked about it, the owner (to my knowledge) rudely stated that he's "not a landscaper, I'm a plumber". A simple explanation would suffice, but he went even further and continued mocking my question by naming other landscaping tasks he doesn't do. I was shocked at his tone and disrespect so I replied by telling him, "I don't know what to say". He responded by telling me he doesn't want my business anyways, and then hung up on me. I called the main number back to explain my experience but they refused to tell me who I spoke with. I gave them the opportunity to have the owner or manager call me back to state otherwise, so we could move forward with the work. I never received that callback. These people wasted weeks of my time and I am happy they did, because it turns out their proposal was also far over priced. I suggest avoiding this company ****FOLLOW UP to Boisverts response: You could have nicely stated that, as you did in this response. Instead, you were rude and disrespectful and now you must play damage control. If you actually cared, you wouldn't have hung up on me. I also left out the important detail that I asked if you would do it for 3,200 and the response I received said yes, but you wouldn't repair the walkway or be responsible for damages to it while taking it apart. That is a direct implication that the estimate for 3,500 DID include the repair to the walkway.

  I am sorry you did not have a good experience. We complete these types of jobs frequently and, when there are sidewalks, walkways, etc. involved, repairs and replacements are always excluded. Our expertise is in the exposure and repair of the line. We wish you the best of luck in getting your project completed by a company that meets your expectations.

  We had Steve and Mike from Boisvert Plumbing help us with frozen baseboard heating. They were very prompt (unexpected from experiences with other plumbers), knowledgeable and professional. I would suggest Boisvert Plumbing to my friends and family. Thanks guys, we’ll done!
