    I had a terrible experience with this company. I hired them to put in a new toilet and broken flange in my main bathroom. They showed up on time, they replaced the broken flange and installed the new toilet. I was very happy with their service thus far. About 28 days later, the paint in the ceiling of my basement started to bubble, which was directly below the bathroom. I called Bohl & Proulx to come and fix the problem, not knowing what had caused it, but thinking it was probably toilet related. Sure enough, the flange that had been replaced was the problem and they replaced again with a longer one. This fixed the water leaking down the outside of my sewer pipe on every flush, but left the damage to the ceiling, wall, and carpet downstairs along with the underlayment of the upstairs bathroom. I called Trac Solutions (Steamatic) to give me an estimate for the damage and then personally brought it to Bohl & Proulx. When I spoke with the owner Jeff the next week, he denied any responsibility and told me that he had made a claim on his insurance for me and the claim had been denied. I asked him who his insurance carrier was and he told me it was United Fire & Casualty. I then contacted United Fire & Casualty to see if there was a claim made on my behalf, and there wasn't!! I then made a claim with them and submitted all my documentation w/pics. The claim was approved to be paid on the very next day (Thank you United Fire & Casualty). What really burns me is being lied to!! I would not recommend this company due to the leaderships lack of integrity.

    Leaky/squealing fill valve. They, after the initial appointment setup , didn’t contact for four days and then wanted to show up within 45 minutes on a work day. They need a modernized scheduling setup. He got out here and fixed the problem very quickly and his work was excellent, however: When you tell a customer a part is $11 and it takes two minutes to install, being billed > $111 for that two minutes is too much. If that’s the minimum service charge, then it needs to be about $25 less. Overall: Excellent work, average service.
