  Great people, horrible service. I would never ever recommend this company... basically refusing to service, seems only interested in new installs, then will basically even refuse to service them. My money was always on time, but getting them to come out is virtually impossible, totally unprofessional

  My parents used this company for a brand new furnance/ac with new duct work and have had nothing but trouble ever since. The unit wasn't put in correctly, trying to get them out to service it is like pulling teeth. The most recent service person said there was broken piece in the unit, and fanaggled it to make it work. Then told my mom it needed that part replaced and a thermostat, but didn't order any parts. He took her money and she told me he said 'you'll be calling me later'. Last night ice formed on the unit and she had to turn it off. She is still waiting for service.

  Done great when installing the unit. Had the unit only 2 years and now it doesn’t work. Called multiple times. Employee told me he didn’t know what was wrong with it then just left. Now my carpet is soaking wet, my house is 85 and they won’t answer the phone or return my calls. Would not recommend.
