  Had a whole heating system installed in 2015. System was not large enough Btu for my home. 4500 sq foot home with a 50k btu heating system…and they didn’t install it to code. System was serviced 2 times a year and ended up needing to be replaced this year 2021. I feel this company should have known better.

  I called Bob the Plumber after getting home from work around 3pm and finding over a foot of water in my basement. Even though it was late and they had two stops ahead of me, they still made it to my house that day around 8pm. The problem turned out to be pretty simple, and they provided a reasonable solution at a very affordable price. For responsiveness alone I give them 5 stars

  Bob the Plumber came over to clean my furnace. They said they could not change the filter because there was too much stuff in the pathway. I told them I would move it and call them back to have the filter changed. A few days later I called to reschedule and I spoke with Mary. Mary did not even know what I was talking about and told me I must have Alzheimer's! She was so rude and unprofessional. Then she out of the blue asked if my "junk was moved". Could not believe my husband and I have given them lots of money over the years to maintain our rental properties. She was never lots of joy to deal with but I always acted professional. We will never contact that company again! I'm not sure, but I think this lady may need professional mental health. That behavior, especially running a business, is unacceptable! We will find a company that is reliable and professional. 0 stars to them!
