  Very honest and polite. I thought the pump was burnt out and expected the worse. It was a broken wire which he fixed in a few minutes. Highly recommend this company.

  I originally had his company replace a water filter head about 10 years ago. When I contacted him a few years ago to service it, he replied that he didn't do that anymore and recommended Dunbar Water. They did ok for 2 years. I looked at Temple Well's website and it indicated that they serviced water filters. I called, and sent an email. No reply to either. I understand sometimes websites aren't updated but there was no reason why he or a rep couldn't have contacted me to say they really didn't service water filters. I contacted Haskell's in Rockland and they were fantastic. I tried to utilize a local company, since I constantly hear exhortations to "buy local, use local companies". Not a good outcome.

  Excellence in customer service. Immediate response when Well pump went out. Honest in not recommending more of an expensive pump. Experience Expertise Integrity... Don't go anywhere else for your Well needs
