  They fixed a water leak for us that we've been fighting since October. Robert & Joe did a fantastic job. Replaced a water line under our house, and did this in a crawlspace that a Hobbit couldn't get around in. Theresa in the office was excellent about keeping us informed. When she said they'd be here, they were here! As far as we're concerned, 6 stars out of 5!

  Reasonable rates. Very knowledgeable. Fast getting to the house to work on whatever was needed- typically within a day or two. Even came out in the middle of the night to my moms when her furnace went out on a cold winter night. I recommend them to anyone.

  We have lived in Princeton for over 27 years. Have had Bob Smith work on plumbing, fix furnace and totally water pipes replaced by him. We needed to get a new central air conditioner. Called him Monday & he came down twice that day. He was here yesterday 1 1/2 days later and replaced it. It is 8:10 am and he has already been down here to recheck pressure. I had 4 estimates done and he was the lowest but his service leaves the others in the dust. Can not recommend him high enough.
