I have had the good fortune of using Bob for many years. There is no job too big or too small for him. He is honest, competent, courteous and dependable. I've used Bob's Plumbing & Drain Cleaning several times in the past and I appreciate their style. They are prompt, courteous and have to-date done the jobs right the first time.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone (in fact, I recommend them to my neighbors when they have plumbing repair needs).

Bob is amazing. I called him on Sunday afternoon and he returned my call immediately. I scheduled him for Monday and he was on time and very pleasant besides very knowledgeable. Extremely reasonable pricing also. II will definitely use him for all my plumbing needs.

Bob's Plumming is extremely prompt and reliable. We have used this service for all of our plumbing needs over the last several years, ranging from my toddler flushing a toy down the toilet to a major shower leak. We always hear back quickly and Bobby usually comes out the same day. Even if the issue is complex and he has to go to the store to get more parts or do research on how to fix something, he takes the time to do it.

He most recently came out on Thanksgiving morning to fix a major leak that led to us having no water in the house. He fixed the issue so that we could have water and then came back the next day and installed new parts. Highly recommend!

We called in the evening on a Sunday, got a call back while we were sleeping and were able to contact him in the morning on Monday. He arrived within just a few hours, diagnosed the problem and was able to manage a replacement by the next morning. Super fast service with a fair price and an excellent attitude! Will definitely be calling him in the future for our plumbing needs!

My wife and I called Bob's Plumbing to fix two toilets, each with different problems. 1.5 hours after Bob arrived, problems were fixed. Best plumbing experience, and Bob's is now our go-to plumbing service here in Morgantown!

We got a call from the water company that our bill was sky high and we must have a leak somewhere. We called Bob who answered right away and came out to take a look - even though he was finishing up at another job and it was the end of the day. He was back out at our house first thing the next morning and was able to excavate our ground and replace all of our old damaged pipes in a day. Thank you for coming and getting our water back the day before Thanksgiving and saving the holiday for our family! I can’t recommend him and his company enough.

Had a busted water heater. It was a Sunday! i thought i was out of luck.. Bobby was very speedy to come and help. There was an internal problem with the water heater, instead of suggesting to replace he went out of his way to go and find the part we needed... On a Sunday! Would definitely recommend Bobs Plumbing for anything plumbing related! Thanks guys
