  Called Bob’s Plumbing and setup appointment. They called day before and 15-20 minutes before plumber headed my way. Jason the plumber was very personable and did a terrific job for me. Pricing was good and he gave me an appreciated senior discount. Highly recommended!

  Called on Sunday due to a pipe issue. They had Lowell out within a couple of hours. He was wonderful, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. The rate for a weekend was suprisingly reasonable and they even offer either discount for veterans or senior citizens. Will definately use again. We will ask for Lowell again as he is such a genuine and kind person. His grandfather raised him very well.

  Very disrespectful. While at work, I observed this technician cussing in our place of business, yelling at our workers, and attempting to intimidate another plumber which was called because of their own lack of communication after 6 hours of waiting for them to arrive. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

  We followed up with the manager of the only business our plumber went to this weekend and asked if there were any issues during the service call. We were told there were no incidents as described and they were pleased with our service. If you feel this is in error please call our office manager at (405) 329-1178 and we can discuss it further. We take customer service very seriously and welcome all feedback (good or bad). We look at is as an opportunity to learn and grow.
