  Always good service and they care about the customer. The owner John is very knowledgeable about heating systems including installing and fixing. I don't think any body in the area could possibly know more than he does about the subject of HVAC.

  I would not recommend this business. Came twice to fix our furnace one week apart. Were charged both visits. First visit was able to get it running, second did not. We got a second opinion and company did not do what was needed to keep our furnace running until we decided to replace. The second company was able to resolve issue. I would go with another company they were much more helpful.

  We take great strides to get our customer equipment running when it breaks down. when equipment with age and no maintenance you will have multiple different break downs. our first concern is our customer safety and when find a issue with safety and recommend not to use the unsafe equipment. we do explain what we can do to fix or replace equipment. we never band-aid system to keep it running if there is a safety issue at risk we are not willing to take a risk that someone will get hurt or die. we communicate to our customers the danger of a unsafe equipment and will not take any risk to band-aid it.

  John has always been a man you can trust. He is extremely knowledgeable and will always do right by his customers. He understands there are different circumstances for different people and has always remained fair. The best interest of his customers has always been his top priority. When it comes to repair/part replacement etc, he has always ventured every avenue to save on customer costs and has provided alternatives such as used/maintained/working parts (if applicable and desired by the customer) while keeping quality at the forefront. We will always go to John for our HVAC needs because I know not only will he give us quality service, but he'll be honest and upfront with us. Services that have been provided to us: duct cleaning, furnace and AC maintenance and the occasional repair, in-duct humidifier service, water heater service, and the occasional odd job.
