  My sump pump stopped working and I found 18 inches of water in my crawlspace. Tech came out and assessed the situation, and the next day, tech installed a new sump pump, drained the water and enclosed the new pump with a protective basket that was not provided by the previous installer. He also found and unblocked a drain blockage that might have caused the old pump to fail. I appreciated the rapid response and thorough explanation of everything they did. Both technicians were extremely friendly and a pleasure to work with. Will definitely call them again for future plumbing problems.

  Bob Plumbing does really great work! They're very reliable, understanding and they have pretty good prices. Tech came over and helped me out with my water heater and he answered all of my questions! He worked in timely manner and was just so polite. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family!

  Plumber called ahead to advise his arrival time and arrived on time. Wore mask and protective shoe coverings. We demonstrated the problem with reduced water pressure and intermittent hot water. Plumber was quick to diagnose and fix the problem. Turns out the water heater filters were clogged - not something we knew about and probably wouldn't fix ourselves because of the high pressure nature of the water heater. Very satisfied with the service and definitely recommend this company to others.
