  Rude and over priced, and have heard mixed reviews on quality of work. Had my mother in tears only after explaining what was going on and asking some simplequestions. Have heard similar experiences from other local people. Word of mouth goes a long way in a small town,, ask about them see what people say.

  I had Bob Miles replace my old oil fired boiler with a new high efficiency propane boiler. The whole process was excellent from the quote to the installation. They showed up promptly to give me a quote and they listened to my needs and clearly explained all my options. They were also able to make a couple adjustments to the plan I had in mind that ended up saving me some money. I got several quotes from other local heating companies and Bob Miles was the best. They were flexible when scheduling the installation and the installers that showed up were very professional. They did top notch work, installed the new system quickly and when they left the place was spotless. I had a couple follow-up questions a few weeks after installation and they responded quickly and sent a tech out to make sure everything was working as it should be. I couldn't be happier with their service and new boiler they installed. I highly recommend them as a very skilled and honest plumbing company.

  I needed some work done in the kitchen and two bathrooms. I explained that there were three issues that needed fixing, including a dripping faucet that I wanted done first. They said no problem when I called and scheduled me for several days later. The plumber came to the house (on time) and I again explained the three jobs that I needed done. The plumber decided to fixed the easiest job in the kitchen first. Then, after an hour's work, he told me he could not finish the other jobs because he had another apointment in Harspwell. He charged me $335. 00 to replace one faucet in one hour. He then reassured me he would return the next day to finish the job. But their office called me telling me they had to reschedule my appointment. Not very pleased with this plumbing company! My faucet is still dripping... I would not recommend doing business with them.
