  Driver parked in front of MY HOUSE to provide services to the NEIGHBORS HOUSE and threw away the cigarette butt that was being smoked on my property!!! First of all the driver should’ve park at the actual customers house and second my house is not a trash can! I’m sure your company can do better than that!

  I am not sure what people are talking about, I use these guys all the time and have not had any issues with the receptionist. Pricing is very good. New construction is what they specialize in, and if anyone has ever built a house they should know things hardly ever go as planned. I have had no issues with BMW warranty work, and they always get their inspections passed.

  It is unfortunate that the first person who helps you gives you such bad customer service, or it does not give you any service at all! the lady that picked up the phone simply just hung up on me. I can only imagine the number of clients she is turning away just for her lack of professionalism over the phone.
