  Bluewater Plumbing provided excellent customer service. I had a pipe leak coming from my second level staining my ceiling on the first level and also had a leaking toilet. They found and repaired the leaks within an hour. They arrived on time, were professional and explained every detail of what they were doing. I will definitely use their services again when needed.

  Highly recommended for anyone in the Grand Strand!! Went above and beyond from start to finish. Jamie and his staff were professional and helpful through the whole process. Will absolutely be using them again for all my plumbing needs in the future!

  I just wanted to talk about someone here. I hired a handyman to do a few projects at my house and one big project was a kitchen remodel. I had new cabinets and counters put in and my usual handyman was going to put all of my plumbing and appliances back into the new cabinets. My handyman did not have any material and told me to get all the material and he would do the job. I went to my local Lowes and was standing there with my head cut off not knowing what I was even doing. I was walking around for a while trying to find an associate to help me when I met Robert. I thought he worked at lowes because his uniform looked sort of identical to theirs. He informed me that he did not work there but asked what I was looking for. I explained about my remodel and he told me that he worked for Bluewater Plumbing and even game me a card. He had just gotten off work but he literally stayed there with me for almost 30 minutes and helped me fill my cart with everything I’d need for my handyman to get the job done. He told me what products and what brands he recommended and that the company often uses. He told me about these company’s warranties that I didn’t know about. Everything that he said is need was everything my handyman needed to do the job. Due to the runaround that my usual handyman gave me that does all the work at all 7 of my properties… Also due to the unbelievable friendliness and helpfulness of Robert… I will start using this company for all of my plumbing issues at my properties. It is so hard to find people so friendly and helpful like this when he didn’t even need to do anything. He told me the story of the company and that he moved to Myrtle Beach from the Wilmington location due to the expansion of the company. He told me all the work that they do, many of the restaurants and stores they do work for, and I got a bunch of business cards to give out to my friends and neighbors around my properties. I just wanted to let this company know how impressed I am with the history of this company and how happy and pleased I was with the friendliness and helpfulness of your employee when they didn’t need to do anything. He really made my day and made this whole process go smoother. You will be receiving work from me in the future!!! Way to go.
