  Two years ago this plumber installed 2 new toilets in my house. They were wobbly and not functioning correctly. It took awhile for him to return to take a look at them. He made some adjustments and they worked better for a short time. Finally I called another company to take a look at them. I had to pay someone else to fix his shotty work. Consumers beware.

  Ms Richards must have the wrong plumbing company. Are company warranties are work for at least one year after completing. This message says something about 2 yrs ago and hired another plumber, so this comment is not correct, nor is it intended for our company.

  I hired a plumber from this company several times. 1st time he took 500 dollars for a permit that he would never show me. All to distract me into giving him another job. Gave him $6000 and he didn’t finish any work hardly even started. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM AN BUISNESS!! He’s a con artist who will ask for money and never does anything he promises. I have reported him to the state board and filed a law suit. Look below at the unprofessional way he communicates with his customers.

  Joyce King is a contractor that has no idea what she's doing Joyce hired me to do a job with a permit that was expiring in two days of hiring me she has failed inspections multiple times on this job and was ordered to have blueprints on site at all times but she has never produced in addition she's very talkative and bad for anybody's business she does numerous job without pulling permit Joyce decide to sell the house a day after she files a lawsuit on me which showed that she wasn't going to pay us for the work that we've done anyway you see this woman you should run far away from her she's very toxic and bad for anybody's business. BPI has been been called numerous names including thw N word several times in text messages from Joyce. Her conduct shows her inexpierence to be a relable contractor.

  Blueprint provided us with a good deal on a hot water heater. They also were able to correct a problem that a so called handyman tried to fix. They replaced old drains and got us with hot water again. They explained everything in detail and treated me with respect
