Bluegrass Irrigation installed 2 systems at our property...both very large and very involved systems.  They were fabulous at making sure the system was designed just the way we needed it...making sure every single shrub, corner of the garden and fountain were taken care of. When I decided to put a irrigation system in my yard I got several bids. From the moment Sean quoited my bid til the job was finished today 09/19/2019 I knew I had picked the right company.
Bluegrass Irrigation is a professional company. They do everything the right way. They came on Monday morning, the site manager David introduced himself and the two other guys that would be installing my system. He went through the process of the next several days and what would occur. Everyday they cleaned up my yard and started again the next day. I had concerns about how much repair I would have to do after they finished. David was quick to say it will be minimal. He was right!  The big thing was when I had questions or concerns David listened and gave me a honest answer. If you want a professional company who cares about the job they do there is only one choice Bluegrass Irrigation

Bluegrass irrigation is not the company that installed my system but when that relationship fell apart I called Bluegrass. Should’ve called them from the beginning. Not sure how many years Doug Hill been taking care of my system but it’s been several. Start up, winterization and all repairs are easy, efficient and done very professionally. Hard working and easy to work with.

Loved working with Bluegrass Irrigation. Sean was my original contact and extremely knowledgeable  which was the main reason I picked this company for the job. From the yard light suggestions to the zone sprinkler system (irrigation system) top notch service from Sean, Shane, David and the install team. Clean, quick and efficient  with no hidden costs or fees.     I appreciated the step-by-step commuicaton  while they did 100% of the work dealing with the city for inspections as well.

What a great experience. I got a quote quickly from Sean. The quote was reasonable and specific. I scheduled my French drain installation. Everyone was exactly on time. The guys worked HARD all day and knocked the whole project out in less time expected. The results were beautiful. They went over everything with me after the job was finished before payment.  They went above and beyond to make sure the finished product was not only functional but as aesthetically perfect as possible. This company was really easy and wonderful to work with. I will absolutely use them again with any of my irrigation needs. Any time I had a question it was very easy to text and get a swift response. Great people to deal with.

ALSO I never felt they were trying to upsell me. They took my needs and best interest financially in mind giving me options in my quote. I could not appreciate that more.
