  Dan and Nate were just stellar! We did a complete renovation of our master bathroom over Christmas break and called Blue Frog to help us install new Pex plumbing and installation of our double vanity, toilet and shower. They were incredibly professional throughout the whole process and couldn’t have asked for a better team. Both Dan and Nate are experts and top of their craft. Feeling lucky that we got them on our job. Would hire Blue Frog definitely again. 10/10

  Nate is professional, an attentive listener, personable and very easy to work with. I recently remodeled my kitchen. About two weeks ago I hired a Plumber with another company to install a new dishwasher, replace all plumbing & valves under the kitchen sink, fix leak under bathroom sink, snake bath tub drain and change shower tub trim kit. Unfortunately when the new dish washer was installed, I was informed there was a pump issue. Dishwasher was disconnected. Two days later I receive a call regarding a water leak into my neighbors condo on the 1st floor. I called the Plumber who assumed no responsibility for the issue. He said the issue was a main water shutoff valve to my condo & shutoff valve to dishwasher were faulty, needed to be replaced. The performing work would require shutting off water to condo units in my building. It was determined the sink shutoff valve was never replaced as I requested and no caps were used when dishwasher was disconnected. I settled damages with my neighbors to their satisfaction. I canceled an upcoming visit with same Plumber. Informed Owner his services will never be needed. After reading the highly rated reviews for Bluefriog Plumbing, I called and scheduled an appointment. Quick, easy. Friendly individuals. Nate replaced shutoff valve under sink and added a cap to be removed when a dishwasher is installed. Performing water pressure testing, Nate noticed a leak under bathroom sink. He replaced a gasket. No mention of replacing Main water shutoff value. Not surprised. The itemized repair costs were reasonable. Work was performed to my satisfaction and with a guarantee. I now have a Plumber who I will refer and call again without hesitation. Lastly a big shout out to Nicole, the friendly, kind & caring person who will schedule your appointments.

  Right from the start Blue Frog was responsive. From the person answering the phone to the team coming out for the estimate. When Nate arrived to do the work - he was professional, on time and even helped me with ideas on a bathroom re-design that was beyond the work to be performed. I was about to spend way too much money - and Nate came up with an idea that was going to cost me less money and actually a better design in the end. He considered what I wanted and also considered re-sale value. I would recommend Blue Frog for any plumbing needs. Additionally - one of the toilets I had bought from Lowes was broken - and Nate had to return another day to complete the job. He was understanding - and returned another day to finish the job without issue. I will be calling Blue Frog for any future plumbing needs.
