We had a plumbing emergency (is there another kind?) today at an apartment building. After calling several local plumbers that advertised "emergency 24/7" services in town, everyone told me it would be at least 1 week, maybe longer.

Then I went searching a bit out of the area and found Blue Frog. Their tech Walter was at the location in an hour. He assessed the problem, gave me a couple options and had a workable solution for me right away. My tenants have hot water again!

I've worked with many tradespeople over the years, and I'll say this, when you hire professionals, which Walter absolutely is, you get a great outcome. It was money well spent. Blue Frog is now our vendor of choice.

It was wonderful to have someone come to fix a plumbing problem and be interested in more than cursory fixes.  When Bluefrog sent Bryan over, he took the time to discern the source of a recurring problem and then returned with Efrain and Orlyn and did some heavy lifting to overhaul my situation.  I haven't had any trouble since.  Super tidy, helpful, and efficient.  THANKS.

It’s the Wednesday before MG and I have 13 people coming in Friday, when to my amazement my kitchen sinks wont drain. I went online, booked an appt with Bluefrog, and prayed they would really be able to come the very next day. Matthew Gossell showed up at my house, quickly assessed the situation and provide solution. He was professional and a very clear communicator, as well as extremely knowledgeable.
I appreciate Bluefrog and look forward to working with them in the future.

I advise extreme caution when dealing  with this company. I had a gas leak and was calling companies for estimates. I’ll give them credit for having a very cordial person answering the phones (Rachel) and for showing up early the next morning, but they asked me for a $1000 deposit because they said I needed a permit. Of that sum, $500 was supposed to be credited back to me if they did the work. Turns out they had an inspector come out for a “wasted trip” because no work had been done. I was charged for that. They insisted the inspector look for any other thing wrong so they could add it to my bill. Only one thing showed up and it was minor. I got the estimate and it was for almost $5000 and included some kind of “membership” that they claimed was saving me almost $700. So they had my $1000 and presumably had me locked in, even though I signed nothing and didn’t accept the bid. They were just going to keep $1000. I  did some research and learned that you’re not even supposed to be able to get a permit without a contract signed by the homeowner. The inspector said it’s possible that a contract was forged. I had to cancel the permit and start over. I called other plumbers and was able to get the job done for about $1500- a whopping 70% less than Blue Frog’s quote for then same work. I disputed the charges with AMEX and the permitting office sent me info to report them to the state licensing board for questionable practices and to the attorney general for price gouging. I have had many people in the building trades do shady things, but this one took the cake. Exercise extreme caution if you deal with this company. They’re greedy and ethically very sketchy. NOTE: Just did a little research and confirmed that this company is a franchise, so it’s a large pool of plumbers working under their name  and I guess customers are getting soaked so they can pay the franchise fee that ranges between $127,000 to $371,000.

Technician showed up 3 hours early so had to leave work to come meet him. Representative on phone would not tell me how much the weekend rate would be. Turns out the water line to toilet needed to be flushed - took the technician 5 mins and cost me $240! Most overpriced service I've paid for all year.. would not recommend and will not be using again.

Hi Jeremy, we are sorry you feel this way. What can we do to make this right and gain a 5 star from you? We do have a fee for weekend service and since your service was on a Saturday, we do have to charge for that.

From the appointment call out to the finishing of the service, I had a great experience and very satisfied. The Tech. was great, very helpful, patient, and professional he worked hard, diligent and didn't stop till the job was completed. he even cleaned the debris each dat he came. Again huge thank you!!

I used Bluefrog and was very pleased with the service and staff. The  professionalism of their technicians and management far excided my expectations. I will be referring friends and family for their air condition and heating replacement and repairs.

Needed a plumber ASAP after my house was leveled to repair a broken sewer pipe. I called 5 plumbers and none could come out right away. I called Blue Frog plumbing and they sent Sean out the same day and the work was done the next day. He was on time and completed the work in the allotted time he quoted. The cost was very reasonable. I recommend them 100%.
