  Robin who answered the phone seemed very annoyed that I called and was extremely rude in her manner. Acted like I was inconvienincing her day.She said that she didn't even know if they could help me because I did not know the exact size of our in ground pool. Isn't that the business you are in, to help people find solutions? She then said she would check with someone else in the office, but had a really bad attitude and demeanor. Why would I want her help now?

  Came in to buy replacement hose for pool pump the women seemed very inconvenienced by having to help me. Bought two hoses which turned out to be the wrong size. No signs up nor did the women tell me that all sales are final and that there is no return policies. She actually stamped it on the bottom of my receipt of course by then I’d already paid. Go to Walmart.com or Amazon to buy pool supplies there better quality and way cheaper.

  I never went there. I had sent a message asking questions about a product they sell. Apparently my interest in their product isn't a priority since there was no response.
