  We got our water bill for last month and it said that our water usage was double what it normally is, the bill being significantly higher than usual. We called the water company and they said we probably had a leak somewhere. After looking at all our toilets, sinks, and anywhere else a leak could be, and finding nothing, we called Blue Duck. We were super nervous that an underground pipe was somehow leaking. Ben Davis, with Blue Duck, came over to look at our issue. To our relief there was not a leak outside, but the toilets needed the insides replaced. Ben did not try to push entire new toilets and offered a bid for rebuilt toilets vs. all new fixtures. There was no pressure to pick the more expensive route. Ben returned and fixed the issue in a timely and professional manner. He and his co worker were very polite and friendly. I would recommend Blue Duck to anyone for all their plumbing needs. Great guys and great experience. Thanks!

  Excellent service! Highly recommend! It was the middle of winter, and I only had freezing cold water as my hot water heater had gone out. I called this business that had been recommended to me, and they came out the very next day (including working around my busy schedule and odd times to work). They explained everything to me from start to finish (what I had vs what was available today). I learned a lot as well as had kind, efficient, knowledgeable plumbers working for me until the job was done (approximately 3 hours and into the evening for no extra charge). Again, I'm grateful for the recommendation, and I will definitely be using them again!

  Had our toilet literally break into 2 pieces super late in the evening. And after my husband broke his foot from dropping one of the broken pieces on it, we called Blue Duck Plumbing. Phillip came over at 10PM right after another service to take out our old toilet plus install our new one. He also helped make sure our new toilet would be installed more properly, after finding out the flippers we bought our house from didn’t do so, all while working in less than ideal surroundings as our bathroom is currently undergoing renovations. I’m incredibly thankful for making a less-than ideal day so much easier. We’ve been using Blue Duck for years, and every time I call, I’m still amazed at the wonderful customer service we get.
