The installer was great and helpful. His wife (Alexis) however who is the front office and handles everything is another story. She's defensive, overbearing, rude, and makes it your fault that she ordered the wrong parts. I'm a 10 year veteran. She gave me a discount and threw it in my face and said "I was lucky to get that". She has no etiquette. She is the reason for 1star. Horrible customer service on her part. Will never use or reccomend to anyone. Especially a veteran. You can tell by the way she responds to reviews. This is how I was treated.

Nick, you know that I never said "you are lucky to get that." You are entitled to your opinion on our interaction, but making up lies about me as a person and things I said, is unacceptable. We took $200 off your bill, because you are a veteran, and I told you we were happy to do that, and we were. When you demanded more money off - stating that you deserved it, that's when I told you that was money being taken away from my family, my children. This was money off of an already free to you $2,000+ plumbing job being covered by your home warranty company. This company is my lively hood and my husband and I put everything into it, and to be drug into the mud, by somebody who laughed to my technician that he was getting all this for free is very disappointing. Attacking me as a person on a public forum says everything about you anybody will ever need to know.

This company is fraudulent and never came to my house lied to home warranty company that they needed to replace my hot water heater. They tied up the claim so that I could not get someone out for days. I still can’t do anything. They came up with other charges over 400 per water heater when they never set foot on my property. Avoid this business like the plague. They will rip you off. I would give them a 0 if I could. This company tried to collect over $400 per water heater and said it could be ore than that. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS HE WILL SCAM YOU. TO BE CLEAR HE WAS PAID BY AMERICAN HOME SHIELD FOR A SERVICE CALL HE NEVER WENT TOO HE SUBMITTED A WORK ORDER FOR SOMETHING HE NEVER EVEN TESTED OR SAW IN PERSON.

We did not lie to anybody, nor did we collect money from you, or your home warranty company. We simply gave you an estimate for plumbing work at your home. Once you heard the price, you became increasingly hostile and threatening to our office person.

Bule collar plumbing must innovate a plumber who has the expertise and skills to repair the pipes to make sure there is no noise. I was a customer. However, blue collar plumbing did not provide an alternative to the noise from the pipe after receiving the repair fee from the customer, and the repair price was expensive. When non-Rem sleep is disturbed by noise from the pipe, dementias, cancer, depression occur
