This place has gone downhill for sure. Guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Pretty sad they can’t even keep managers around, always someone new. It says a lot when management won’t stick around. Maybe that’s why the customer service is so bad! For a while last year orders were actually getting out in a timely manner and the employees actually cared about their customers, wish I could say the same now. Better wake up or you’ll just continue to keep losing customers.

Really liked this place until they stopped taking credit cards over the phone. Kinda defeats the purpose of ordering lumber. I'll take my business elsewhere that delivers to save me a trip into town if you guys want to be like that.
