  I have had to pay $75, 4 different times now due to having to keep calling them back out for different reasons. First it was one thing then another then another now thermostat. Well guess what there is still something wrong with it. I don’t understand why they don’t just fix it instead of me having to pay service call over and over plus labor on top of that. It’s getting very expensive and aggravating. I’m not sure if they even know what they are doing at this point. If it didn’t void my warranty I would have already had someone else called out here.

  Responsive and professional. Replaced our old unit quickly in pouring down rain. Got it in just in time for the really cold weather. Efficient running heat. No hidden fees. Excellent.
