Great service, fair prices, fast and very knowledgeable. The technicians we've had fixing our Mini Split unit have both been nice guys who are very good at what they do. Highly recommend!

They do great work if you can ever get them to your house. Super nice folks, but zero time management skills. I've left messages after messages to get an HVAC guy out, but no return call. The electrical project estimator is a nice guy, but he never returns calls. The front desk lady could care less if anyone calls you back.

As a small business, contacting your customers is a top priority, especially those that are trying to hire you. Once again, great folks if you can ever get them to your house.

Excellent Service overall and they even squeezed us in within 24 hours, even in the busiest time of year. Service Technician, Mike, was very friendly, professional, even funny, and did a really thorough job fixing our AC Unit and was kind enough to answer all my (probably annoying) questions along the way so that I can take better care of our unit. I Highly recommend this place of business for your HVAC needs and ask for Mike. I mean, I called them just yesterday afternoon with my house struggling stuck in the high 80 degrees (while its 95 outside) and not even 24 hours later, we're back down to 71 degrees in the house. Very satisfied. Excellent Customer Service, Excellent Technician, good quality repair, informative and extremely satisfactory overall. Thank you!

I don't know very much about Blalock's work but seeing their commercial vehicle parked across handicapped parking spots is enough to tell me that this company has no integrity! Do not support a company who has no respect for those of us who have to use those parking spaces. This particular siting was at a school and they've done it on more than one occasion! Can you believe that! My husband had a bilateral spinal stroke four years ago which left him quadriplegic. One day he was normal and the next morning when he started to shower for work he started becoming paralyzed. It could happen to anybody. Now he has no grip in his hands but he manages to drive a power chair with a very sensitive joystick. My little cousin was born with a disease that caused her to not be able to walk. There are way too many people in this world who need those handicapped parking spaces for Blalock to think they can just ignore this and park their vehicle and trailer across the handicapped parking spaces! Don't do business with a company who has no integrity!

Great service at reasonable prices. Technicians were courteous and did a great job. Will definitely use this company for future projects.

I called this place to come out and look at my HVAC system. The guy told me that I would have to pay a $125 credit check before they would come out, since I have never done business with them. Lol, really? Who said that I was even going to finance the repair to begin with? As someone who is familiar with the process of running credit checks, I know for a fact a credit check is no more than $50 at the MOST. Just another shady tactic by Lewisburg businesses to rip unsuspecting people off. Quite sad that most contractor business in Lewisburg are either no shows and don't want to work and do a job, or they want to charge people for unnecessary things. Another reason that I will never deal with local Lewisburg businesses.

Nice people but I haven't been impressed with any work done,  misdiagnosed issues from them have cost me a lot of money.  They rehooked power back up after my pole was tore down and didn't hook the septic pump back up (didn't tighten the main ground cable in the box at all either).   Everything backed up in the house,  Blalock come and they told me to call septic people, septic people told me they didn't hook the power up.  They misdiagnosed  HVAC, they said it was just hot outside.  I had someone else come fix it.  Disappointing

I really like posting positive reviews of local businesses.  I actually like the Blalock folks, at least when they show up...and that's the problem.  Scheduled a service call for this morning, it's now 2pm...no electrician, no call from the electrician, no call from the front desk.  This is the 2nd time they've completely flaked out and not shown up, and didn't call.  Not a great way to operate a business.  So far I've only found one contractor in this town who will actually show up or call you back timely.

Blalock is my only option for plumbing.prices lower than anywhere else I have found.also the lady at the front desk knows her stuff no need to look just ask she will point ya the right way.highly recommend
